Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

HypeWalk reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Refundable Items

Products returned damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

How to Request a Return

Photos of the item, if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the next steps and return instructions.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Return Process

Wait for return approval and instructions from our team

Securely package the item in its original packaging

Send the item back using the approved return instructions

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome
Refund Processing
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow:

5 to 10 business days for return inspection and approval after the item is received

An additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by HypeWalk or a defective item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@hypewalkco.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it may no longer be canceled.
To request a cancellation, email support@hypewalkco.com as soon as possible.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact support@hypewalkco.com for assistance. In many cases, the fastest option may be to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.
