How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States — no minimum.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–9 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States only.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.

How do I start a return?
Email support@fornelli.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label.

Care & Products

How do I care for copper and cast iron?
Each product page includes care notes. In short: hand-wash copper, season cast iron, and avoid the dishwasher for these pieces to keep them beautiful for years.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Every transaction is encrypted and secure.
