We want you to love your Fornelli pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email support@fornelli.com with your order number and reason. We'll send a prepaid label and instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm by email. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping (if any) is non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return needed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, used knives and final-sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
